I will negotiate strongly on your behalf and be with you through every step of the selling process from the Offer to Purchase, obtaining of a mortgage, home inspection, signing of the Purchase and Sales Agreement and the Closing...and beyond. I pride myself in always being available for my clients and will deal with any questions you may have.

Are you a SELLER? I will do all I can to sell your house for the price you want, starting with a Comparative Market Analysis to determine a realistic price. Then I will hold open houses and advertise it extensively. When an Offer to Purchase comes, I will advise you and help you negotiate for the best possible price. Working with you through the Purchase and Sale Agreement to the Closing, I will be there to help with any of your concerns.

I have been a year-round resident of Chatham since 1986, and am proud to be a member of one of the Cape's oldest families (albeit by marriage). After graduating from Abington Friends School, I received a degree in Education from Bucknell University and later an M.S. in Counseling from West Chester State University. While in the Philadelphia area, I taught at Temple University. Community involvement has always been important to me and I have served as Secretary and Scholarship Chairman of the Chatham Historical Society and Chairman of St. Christopher's Home and Garden Tour. A special interest is golf, and being on the Board of Governors, Golf Committee and Ladies' Golf Chairman at Eastward Ho! have been an important part of my life.

When not busy with my responsibilities at The Real Estate Company, my interests are vintage cars, antiques and golf.
