Evelyn was very helpful in our search for a house on the Cape. We really took our time and she never made us feel rushed or foolish for looking and looking. We eventually found a house and have had a wonderful time fixing it up and just being on the Cape. She was also very helpful with providing us names to call for plumbing, tiling, painting, etc. I found that so helpful because it is much nicer to work with someone that has been recommended rather than finding someone in the phone book. She also took the time to visit us after we closed on the house. I still feel comfortable calling her for advice or help.
